Welcome to www.zis-one.com (the "Site"). This policy is issued by Shenzhen Zistone Supply Chain Co., Ltd., the mainland China branch of Hong Kong Zistone International ("Zistone", "we"). It applies when you browse the Site, submit a business inquiry, use online tracking, or contact us using the phone numbers or email published here.
We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, the Cybersecurity Law, and other applicable rules. Using the Site or sending an inquiry means you have read this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and do not submit personal data.
2. Information we collect
You may browse most pages without providing personal information. When you contact us or use certain features, we may collect:
- Inquiry form: name and phone (required); company, email, intended service, and requirement notes as requested by the form.
- Calls and correspondence: details you provide when calling 400-9685-4628 or +86 138-2959-1369, or emailing service@zis-one.com.
- Tracking: consignment numbers or similar keys you enter on the Tracking page. Results may be shown through an embedded operations interface.
- Technical logs: the server may record time, browser type, referrer, and IP address to keep the Site secure and to debug faults. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies for profiling.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information (ID numbers, bank accounts, biometrics) through the Site. Please do not put sensitive data unrelated to a logistics request in the inquiry form.
3. Purposes of use
We process the information above only as needed to:
- reply to inquiries, assess cargo, routing, and warehousing needs, and provide quotes or solution notes;
- confirm later booking, customs, last-mile, or overseas-warehouse arrangements;
- provide tracking and handle exceptions or support tickets;
- meet contract, tax, customs, and anti-money-laundering duties;
- improve the Site, debug faults, and protect our systems.
We will not use your information for marketing that is not reasonably related to these purposes without a separate notice and consent.
4. Entrusted processing, sharing, and cross-border transfer
To handle inquiries and perform logistics, we may, where necessary:
- share contact details with affiliates (including Hong Kong Zistone International and US warehouse teams) for the same customer-service purpose;
- give carriers, customs brokers, truckers, and warehouses the shipment data required to move or store freight (usually under a booking or warehouse instruction, not from browsing alone);
- send inquiry forms to our operations API for handling and filing;
- comply with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Cross-border moves may require transferring operational data to ports, carriers, or warehouses outside mainland China. We apply necessity limits and contractual safeguards, and will complete any assessment or standard-contract steps the law requires. External tracking systems process queries under their own rules.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry data is kept for the shortest period needed to reply, follow up commercially, and meet legal duties. If a service contract follows, records follow that contract and accounting rules. After the purpose ends we delete, anonymize, or archive in isolation.
We use access control, HTTPS when the Site is served over TLS, and internal permissions. Internet transmission is not perfectly secure. Please verify callers against our published numbers and www.zis-one.com.
6. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may access, copy, correct, or supplement your personal information, request deletion when the statutory conditions are met, and withdraw consent (without affecting processing already completed). You may also restrict non-essential processing or lodge a complaint.
Use the contacts in section 10. We may need reasonable identity checks. We may decline immediate deletion where law requires us to keep records or another lawful basis still applies.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site is a static brochure with a contact form. We do not currently use third-party cookies for cross-site advertising. Browsers may cache pages and assets. You can clear cache in browser settings; that does not stop you from calling us.
8. Minors
The Site is for business customers and contacts with full civil capacity. We do not target children under 14. Guardians who believe we have collected a child's data in error should contact us for deletion.
9. Updates
We may revise this policy when the business or the law changes, and will post the new date on this page. For material changes we will give reasonable notice on the Site or by other suitable means. Continued use means you are aware of the updated policy.
