1. Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Shenzhen Zistone Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (mainland branch of Hong Kong Zistone International, "Zistone", "we") covering access to www.zis-one.com, including Chinese and English pages (the "Site"). Browsing, submitting an inquiry, using tracking, or contacting us through published channels means you have read and agree to these terms.
If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so. Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which applies together with these terms.
2. Site content
The Site describes ocean and air booking, customs and port work, last-mile operations, US warehousing, and custom logistics solutions, and offers news, a guide, and tracking. Figures such as transit times, warehouse coverage, freight-saving ranges, and carrier lists are general or historical descriptions. They are not a promise for a named shipment, sailing, or date.
Schedules, space, customs rules, Amazon appointment rules, and carrier rates change. Scope, price, liability, and timing are governed by the booking confirmation, bill of lading, warehouse receipt, or other contract you sign with us.
3. Inquiries, quotes, and when a contract forms
Information sent through the Contact form or by phone is a commercial inquiry only. We may call you, review the cargo, and give a preliminary plan or estimate. Unless we agree in writing:
- website copy and oral discussion do not by themselves create a carriage or warehousing contract;
- quotes assume the cube, weight, commodity, origin, and destination you supply; extra cost from incomplete or incorrect data is yours;
- space, trucking, customs, and warehouse work are scheduled on executable resources after booking, space release, or an inbound instruction;
- surcharges, exams, detention, demurrage, and storage may apply and are billed as incurred under the agreed tariff.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- submit false contacts or false cargo descriptions that interfere with ordinary business;
- use tracking to inspect other parties' consignments, or attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the query system;
- copy, mirror, or resell Site content without permission, or strip rights notices;
- upload malware or spam, or violate PRC law or public order.
We may throttle or suspend features if we see abuse, and we reserve legal remedies.
5. Online tracking
Tracking depends on scans from carriers, terminals, or warehouses and may be late, incomplete, or different from paper documents. Results are for reference and are not, by themselves, the sole evidence for a claim. Title and handover follow the bill of lading, warehouse receipt, and proof of delivery.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, marks, layout, video, and compilations on the Site belong to Zistone or other lawful owners unless noted. "正石国际", "ZIS", and "Zistone International" may not be used commercially without written permission. Quotes from news or the guide must keep the meaning and credit the source.
7. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may include outbound links or an embedded query tool. Those services are run by others. We do not warrant their uptime, accuracy, or privacy practices. Read their terms when you leave the Site.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant against downtime, typos, stale rates, or third-party system faults. Delay or loss from force majeure, government action, port congestion, customs exams, war, epidemic, strike, or carrier capacity is handled under the actual transport or warehouse contract and trade custom — browsing the Site does not increase that liability.
For disputes that arise only from using the Site (not from an in-force logistics contract), our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for that Site use (usually none). We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss. Mandatory liability that cannot be excluded by law still applies.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes about these terms or Site use should first be negotiated in good faith; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court at our domicile.
A logistics contract that names arbitration or another forum controls that shipment and is not replaced by this website clause.
10. General
If one clause is invalid, the rest remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms on this page; continued use after an update is acceptance.
