US Warehousing

Self-operated overseas warehouses — Transfer · Dropshipping · Relabeling · Repair · Storage

Operations

Standard operations across one network

Seven sites share one WMS and one service language. First-leg inbound, FBA transfer, dropshipping, relabeling, repair, and oversized freight are scheduled on a single inventory map.

East, Central, and West as one grid

Zistone operates seven processing centers across the US East, Central, and West. West Coast buildings sit close to Los Angeles and other Pacific gateways for fast deconsolidation after ocean arrival. Central sites cover lanes toward Chicago and Dallas. East Coast buildings serve New York, New Jersey, and nearby FBA clusters. Sellers can inbound near the destination FC group, shortening drayage and reducing appointment conflict.

In peak season, freight can land at a Zistone warehouse first, then move to Amazon or dropshipping when slots open — instead of idling against a missed FC window. One container can also split by SKU or carton count across regions.

  • LCL and FCL inbound, including mixed SKUs and multi-bill containers
  • On-hand inventory and order status visible in WMS
  • Transfer outbound target of 24 hours once labels and appointments are ready
  • Marketplace and ERP connectivity with instant tracking numbers
  • Returns can flow into relabel, repair, or resale
  • A dedicated oversized dock — not a stretched small-parcel SOP

FBA transfer standard flow

01

Receive and count

Unload against the bill of lading, carton marks, and piece count; photo damage, wet cartons, and shortages on the dock.

02

Putaway and visibility

Putaway in 1-2 business days so available units appear in the system for the seller to act on.

03

Order and label

FBA labels arrive by system or email (self-provided labels accepted for pickup). Operators match SKU to carton.

04

Booked outbound

Target 24-hour outbound once paperwork is complete — dock pickup or appointment-based delivery.

05

In-transit tracking

Carrier status posts automatically. Exceptions stay on a ticket until delivery or a written disposition.

How the six warehouse products connect

FBA

Transfer

Receive, count, and label first-leg freight in a US warehouse, then inject it on an Amazon appointment. Direct-to-FC fails when carton marks, weight limits, or slots are wrong; transfer keeps the correction inside a building you can see.

  1. LCL / FCL inbound, including multi-SKU and small single-SKU lots
  2. Putaway, then WMS-visible transfer orders
  3. Label, dispatch, and track through FC check-in

DFS

Dropshipping

Stock sits in the seven centers so a consumer order is picked, packed, and handed to a US carrier. Average delivery is about 2.26 days, with freight savings up to about 50% on suitable lanes. Use it beside FBA, or when packaging must be store-specific.

  1. Connect Amazon, eBay, Wish, AliExpress, Walmart, and Wayfair after putaway
  2. Pull orders from Dianxiaomi, PuYuan, Mabang, TongTool, Mango, and YiCang
  3. Instant tracking, outbound within 24 hours, returns accepted

REL

Relabeling

Amazon removals, consumer returns, wrong-FC labels, and channel switches. No artificial piece or SKU floor. Work follows WMS instructions so returns are not forced into discount or a China chargeback.

  1. Unload, sort, and put away
  2. Pick on instruction and cover with the mapped SKU
  3. Pack by destination, apply FBA carton labels, return a tracking number

RMA

After-sales repair

Dedicated lines for appliances, electronics, and home goods. Many returns only need a carton, a missing accessory, or a module swap. Work orders stay separate from factory-new stock so repaired units do not mix back into the wrong channel.

  1. Layered checks: carton, accessories, cosmetics, function
  2. Deep repair and retest, or quarantine / harvest parts
  3. Repack for FBA transfer, dropshipping, or off-price

STO

Medium / long-term storage

Safety stock, seasonal pre-build, and slower SKUs do not have to sit in Amazon long-term billing or wait for the next sailing in China. Seven sites show on-hand, age, and building so inventory can drip into transfer or dropshipping.

  1. Inbound by container to dilute first-leg cost
  2. Age and availability visible; cycle counts and transfers supported
  3. Release in waves against ads, seasons, or clearance

OVL

Oversized pick and pack

Furniture, fitness equipment, and large appliances that exceed parcel networks and most FBA size caps need docks, forklifts, booked pickup, and liftgate or white-glove delivery. Oversized is its own product — not a stretched DFS carton.

  1. FCL receipt: piece count, forkability, carton condition
  2. Store by cube and stack safety
  3. Appointment pickup or commercial / residential delivery with a traceable node
